Workshops run throughout the year at Portman Close or in Bracknell secondary schools. These workshops offer a fun, safe and supportive environment where you can learn practical strategies to cope with stress and worry.

Key Features:
Group Size: Each session accommodates a maximum of 10 students from the same academic year group, ensuring a close-knit, safe and supportive community.
Dual Counsellors: To enhance the support provided, each group is facilitated by two trained Youthline Counsellors. This collaborative approach allows for diverse perspective and a richer counselling experience.
Duration: The program spans over six weeks, with one-hour sessions each week. This duration enables a more in-depth exploration of issues and the development of lasting coping mechanisms.
Structured Exploration: The sessions are structured to provide a fun and safe space for participants to openly explore their concerns. The focus is on normalizing experiences, fostering self-awareness, and equipping participants with the necessary tools for personal growth.
