Whatever is concerning you call us on 01344 311200 or e-mail ask@youthlineuk.com

We can also offer up to six counselling sessions to your parents/carers who are over 25 free of charge.

Each session lasts up to 50 minutes and will take place with the same counsellor on the same day and time each week.  Counselling could be for 6 sessions or for as long as you feel you need it.

When you arrive at Youthline you will be greeted and asked to take a seat in the waiting area.  There are a number of leaflets and information booklets in reception on all sorts of subjects, so please feel free to help yourself.

Your counsellor will come to reception and invite you through to one of the comfortable counselling rooms.

During your first session the counsellor will explain about confidentiality and that anything you talk about will not be shared with anyone else unless they feel you were in danger of being harmed, but the counsellor will discuss this with you.

We also take basic information for our own statistical records.

To make an appointment call 01344 311200 or e-mail ask@youthlineuk.com Or pop in to see us.

Youthline really opened up my eyes to my problems and not only helped me understand them, but ‘fix’ them.  Without Youthline I feel I would still be in a bad place.  It’s helped me get on with my life.  Extremely thankful.
